a Pair of large “Chinese taste” Kangxi bowls with ribbed rim, Marked
Two charming blue and white porcelain bowls from early Kangxi period. The bowls are having ribbed rim, so called flower shape. The stand is rather higher than normal. Decorated with master of the rocks technique with a scholar visiting friends surrounded with river, mountains, fishing boat and bridge. Very impressive shape and size!
Size: 20 cm diameter, 10 cm high.
Condition: In good condition, one with two small rim chips, the other has two short hair-line’s and one restored chip.
Age: Later 17th/early 18th C, KangXi period, Qing Dynasty.
